Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and expectations that apply when you enroll in or interact with any siripatha course or service. We have written them in plain language so that the agreement between us is clear and straightforward.

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out here:

  • "siripatha" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to siripatha, a course provider operating from 55 Silom Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
  • "Service" — refers to any course, program, workshop, coaching session, resource, or content made available by siripatha, whether online or in person.
  • "Participant" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who enrolls in, purchases, or otherwise accesses a siripatha course or service.
  • "Content" — refers to all materials, workbooks, templates, presentations, recordings, and resources provided as part of any siripatha course.
  • "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrollment confirmation, course-specific addendum, or privacy policy referenced herein.
  • "Platform" — refers to the siripatha website and any digital environment through which course content is delivered or accessed.

2Acceptance of Terms

By completing your enrollment, making a payment, or accessing any siripatha course material, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with enrollment. You may contact us at [email protected] to discuss any questions before completing your registration.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any siripatha course.
  • By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
  • If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so.

3Service Description

siripatha provides educational courses focused on retirement income planning, designed primarily for adults aged 40 and above residing in or connected to Thailand. Our current course offerings include:

  • Foundations of Retirement Readiness — An introductory program covering savings assessment, pension basics, and milestone planning (฿4,500).
  • Income Streams After Retirement — A course exploring diverse income options including rental considerations, dividend instruments, and consultancy models (฿9,800).
  • Advanced Retirement Portfolio Construction — An in-depth program covering asset allocation, withdrawal strategies, and portfolio management within the Thai financial context (฿17,900).

Course schedules, formats, and content may be adjusted periodically. We will inform enrolled participants of any meaningful changes in advance. Availability of courses is subject to minimum enrollment numbers.

4Enrollment & Accounts

Enrollment in a siripatha course is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and an enrollment confirmation sent to your registered email address.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate registration details, including your name, email address, and contact number.
  • If you are provided with account credentials for the siripatha platform, you must keep these confidential and not share them with others.
  • Each enrollment is for a single individual. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
  • You may update your registration details by contacting us at [email protected].

5Participant Responsibilities

We encourage a respectful, thoughtful learning environment. As a participant, you agree to:

  • Engage honestly and respectfully with course advisors and fellow participants.
  • Use course materials only for your personal educational purposes.
  • Not record, distribute, or reproduce course sessions or materials without written permission from siripatha.
  • Not use course content to offer competing educational programs or services.
  • Attend live sessions on time and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled session.

Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other participants or to siripatha staff may result in removal from a course without refund.

6Payment Terms

Fees & Currency

  • All course fees are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (฿).
  • Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
  • Accepted methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other means confirmed by siripatha at checkout.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before a course start date are eligible for a full refund, less any processing fees.
  • Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are generally non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • If siripatha cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

7Course-Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to siripatha's educational programs:

  • Completion: siripatha does not issue formal certificates of completion. Participants who complete all required sessions receive a letter of participation upon request.
  • Session recordings: Where live sessions are recorded for participant reference, access is limited to enrolled participants and expires 90 days after the final session.
  • Transfers: You may transfer your enrollment to another individual with at least 7 days' notice before the course start date, subject to confirmation from siripatha.
  • Rescheduling: If you miss a live session, siripatha will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but cannot commit to one-on-one replacement sessions outside of those included in your enrollment.
  • Coaching calls: Individual coaching calls included in specific courses must be scheduled and used within 60 days of the course end date. Unused calls do not carry over.

8Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, templates, branding, and any other resources produced by siripatha remain the intellectual property of siripatha.

By enrolling, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use course materials for your own learning purposes only. This license does not permit:

  • Reproduction or distribution of course materials, in whole or in part.
  • Commercial use of any siripatha content, including incorporation into other courses or products.
  • Modification or creation of derivative works without written consent.

Any contributions or feedback you provide during group sessions are considered non-proprietary and may be used by siripatha to improve its programs, without identifying you personally.

9Disclaimers

Educational Purpose Notice

siripatha courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Course content does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice of any kind. Participants are encouraged to seek guidance from a licensed financial advisor before making any decisions based on course materials.

  • Course materials reflect information available at the time of course design. Financial regulations, tax laws, and market conditions may change. siripatha does not undertake to update materials in real time.
  • siripatha makes no representation that outcomes described in case studies or scenario exercises will apply to your individual circumstances.
  • The platform and course delivery systems are provided "as available." siripatha will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, siripatha's total liability to you arising from or in connection with any course or service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific course.

siripatha will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses, including financial decisions made based on course content.
  • Loss of earnings, profits, or business opportunity.
  • Technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages or platform downtime.
  • Force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

11Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement under certain circumstances:

You may withdraw from a course at any time, subject to the refund terms described in Section 6. Written notice must be sent to [email protected].

By siripatha

We reserve the right to remove a participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful conduct, without obligation to provide a refund in those circumstances.

Upon termination, your access to course materials and platform resources will cease. Clauses regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability will continue to apply after termination.

12Dispute Resolution

We hope that any concerns can be resolved through open conversation. If a dispute arises:

    Mediation If informal resolution does not succeed, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed mediator based in Bangkok.

    Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.

Participants retain their rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (as amended) and other applicable consumer law.

13General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with your enrollment confirmation, constitute the full agreement between siripatha and you regarding the service. They replace any prior understandings or representations.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • Waiver: A failure by siripatha to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our written consent. siripatha may transfer its rights in connection with a business reorganization, with prior notice to participants.
  • Notices: Notices from siripatha will be sent to the email address provided at enrollment. Notices to siripatha must be sent to [email protected].
  • Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the English version will prevail.

14Changes to These Terms

siripatha may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses, legal requirements, or operational practices. When material changes are made:

  • We will notify enrolled participants by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
  • The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
  • Continued enrollment in or access to siripatha courses after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
